Feasibility Study on the scoping of integration of national Help-desk systems for the
National Department of Health

The National Department of Health (NDoH) with the support of UNICEF sought to operate a single National Health Helpdesk System.

We were contracted to carry out a feasibility study on the technical and financial viability to integrate a range of Help-desk systems within the different spheres of the NDoH. The study assessed functional, technical and human resource requirements of the Momconnect & Nurseconnect systems and sought to integrate them with the Lifeline AIDs Line, Mental Health Information Line Help-desk systems.

The study provided perspective on the challenges and opportunities for the integration of all NDoH Helpdesk system. It also made recommendations on required project implementation, system governance and management structures.
